You can’t be hired by Nefab LLC before to be working under Barba Power Staffing Specialist LLC employee for at least 500 hours.

Term # 2

You can’t work for Nefab LLC under any other staffing agency different from Barba Power Staffing Specialist LLC, the only change allow is to be hired directly from Nefab LLC with a previous request from them coming from human resources department.

Term # 3

8 MINUTES RULE
Examples:
⦁ If you clock in more than 7 minutes late / Then your clock in will be rounded up to 15 minutes late.
⦁ If you clock in less than 7 minutes late / Then you won’t be considered late.

Term # 4

Employee is 100% responsible of let Barba Power Staffing Specialist know if they are getting any kind of problem to assist to work, if by any reason they are not able to go they have to call, email or text Barba Power to notify, so we can inform or clarify Nefab LLC the reason why you are not there.

Term # 5

Barba Power Staffing Specialist LLC Will be responsible to make employee payments for the time that they will be under our scope, that means that any kind of problem or question related with payments will be made to Barba Power instead of Nefab LLC.

Term # 6

In case that you don’t follow terms 1 or 2, YOU WILL HAVE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES.
